This tutorial will expain how to create a custom version of Ubuntu with reconstructor
Requirements
- PC with Ubuntu 8.10 or later
- ISO of Ubuntu - can be any version of Ubuntu (Get one from http://releases.ubuntu.com/ )
- Reconstructor - (Download reconstructor 2.8.1 beta)
- 5 GB of free space
Tutorial
- Install reconstructor (of course!)
- Open it
- ....
- Open the chroot terminal of reconstructor (image here)
- Now comes the tricky part... You must do most costumizations in the command line (terminal)... here is a list of some things you can do:
