Reconstructor vs remastersys

Remastersys is very easy to use, however, the CDs produced by remastersys use a "different structure" than Ubuntu CDs, and are therefore incompatible with some tools like usb-creator or cd2usb.
That's the reason Super OS is now made with reconstrucor (the desktop version, not the web-version)
