Unfortunately there is no official support for Super OS. You can contact the developer, and I will try to help, but please note that I will not be able to help in most cases and you will not get high-quality support from me.
Despite this, probably many of the problems on Super OS also exist on Ubuntu, so seeking for Ubuntu support will help in some cases.
